They pretty much chose ‘quirky’ over ‘character-driven narratives’ and there’s only so far that can go.

Dresden Codak especially was a space/time experiment via a webcomic, I never really saw any emotions there.

I never really could get into Minus or Dresden Codak. Both are comics that I want to like, but don’t for whatever reason.

I’d not heard of Rice Boy before, though, so now I’m off to give that a try.
